The Flat Head X Miwa Komatsu "Dream Chaser" Heavy Tubular Tee (White)

Even though Corlection store is a young company, we might not have an old "age" to talk about "art", but still, we love "art", and we always like to support "art" or "artists" in our ways. That's why we did the "Ai Can't be Here" project. 

We are not alone, we are so honored that a lot of our business partners share the same value as we do. Today we will release a special collaboration from The Flat Head and Japanese artist Miwa Komatsu.

Aquatint is a intaglio printmaking technique which invented in 1772. The artists leaves marks on a cooper plate and make the marks capable to hold inks. Through a printing press, the marks can be printed on a paper.

Miwa Komatsu is a Japanese aquatint artists. Her art work is full of pure fantasy kind imagination, and extreme on details. You will find out more on her personal website: http://miwa-komatsu.jp/index.html.

Ms Miwa Komatsu customised this "Dream Chaser" fantasy aquatint drawing for TFH. The beautiful part of this collaboration is the flat head company using its top printing technique for the extreme drawing details. You can actually feel the texture and details of the painting through touching the print.
