T.F.H X R.J.B X CORL "CORE ME" 2109 Denims Preview

As for the connection of "Nihon CORLing" Tees, we have also made the "Aussie CORLing" denims. 

Before we started the design, we tried very hard to make this pair of TFH jeans to be so much more unique from other ones. As most of us TFH fans know, most of The Flat Head denims are made from100% Texan cotton which the fibres are quite short and the texture of the denim is so stiff. Some of us may love, however, some of us may also try to find out a pair of comfy TFH jeans.  So we've asked The Flat Head if we can use their best hand picked Zimbabwe cottons which were only used for the pants of their High End line ---- R.J.B. The hand picked Zimbabwe cottons that The Flat Head uses could be the best Zimbabwe cotton that we have ever seen. It is the grade A class of Zimbabwe cotton which makes the garments are so comfy for your daily wears and also hold the shape like some of the garments made of Egyptian cotton .

And also , The Flat Head Pioneer denims are famous for "Strong-Vertical-Fades" that most of the TFH fans love to experience , we are thinking about how to strengthen the "FADES" so we asked TFH if they could make "Aussie CORLing" denims go with left hand twill denims which will appear even stronger vertical fades compare with Pioneer series.

The leather patch we use for "CORE ME" 2109 is black over dyed vegetable tanned deerskin leather patch with beautiful discharge printed Turquoise colour graphic design. We believe both will age nicely with wears and washes.

For the front and back pockets , we also use the double stitching for extra strength. And some of you may be curious why we use the turquoise colour as the major colour for arcs and hems stitchings. The turquoise coloured Opal stone is the national gem of Australia so that is why we made the stitchings as this "Treasure Colour".
