Thorogood "Portage" Monkey Boots

Today we would like to announce a new model from the Thorogood 1892 Heritage series: the Thorogood "Portage" Monkey Boots!! As the "Beloit" Plain Toe Boots, these boots are also made from the famous "Horween" leather of 5oz thickness. Both the colours are wax coated and surface dyed to give it a "tea-cored" finish, so you will have a lot of sheen to play with and a lot fun in ageing as you wear them in. Also the construction is very neat as other Thorogood products always have been, and these boots features1892 "Double Stitch Down" welt and a reinforced mid-sole for extra strength and durability. You might think these features had made the boots are stiff and hard to break in, but the leather had been softened and has made them highly comfortable; the "monkey" layout provides an extreme wrap all around the feet!
